Most of blogger will inform that leaving comments on others blog you get best traffic. That is called as back links. I am not sure whether you get best traffic to the site but you need some good tips to get traffic. Here i will never say that you will get traffic by doing this and that.
You people is aware of doing things to get best traffic. Like search engine optimization, social networking, blogging, good content and other things. But where is the traffic? you get the best traffic only when you have the will power to achieve. This is the most important thing you should have and patience to get the traffic.
