Making painting as an habit is really good for health. Why because painting gives pleasant to mind and also you will be having many other ideas which were struck in mind will be released.


Take your big news paper and start painting on it. Don’t worry about money which your spending on it. Just relax and try. Second thing is that you can paint the wall of your rooms . Before that you need some information about painting rooms. Because this is also necessary for ladies room it requires pink or pale red. If its boys room just paint them with light brown color and try.

If you have kids room go head paint best colors and give best shapes also. Only one thing is that you need to take care the color combination . If your painting in the book you need not to worry about this. Just get the colors and paint. Most of them have already made this a habit.
