Vehicle Runs With Water As Fuel

Now a days you can't use petrol or diesel for running your vehicle. Petrol rates are going high and high day by day. What is the alternate ways to use this? only thing is we can use electric vehicles or you should use cycle for  travelling.
What if you can run your vehicle using water as fuel? its really amazing and really shocking. I was also shocked when i saw this article in news paper. This was build by a Indian mechanic. He want this technology to be used by all the common people. He wanted to hand over this to government and make them to use of it. This will really help all the people. We don't know about this person. But still this is really wondering news. He has not disclosed any thing about this.

This engine will give 40 to 50 kms per litre just like petrol and diesel. If this is implemented there will not be any problem for fuel. We can be happily use this water and travel where ever we want it. 70% of earth is covered by water. Then we can imagine how many years or decades we can use water as fuel isn't it?
