Work From Home

After Corona effect, most of the companies started work from home trend. Until then employees have to give there presence in office. If at all they need any assistance during the night activity, Companies was giving work from home permission. 

There were both advantage and disadvantages in work from home basis. Lets talk about advantages and disadvantages for company first.

1. As usual companies look into profits and cross cutting. This is one of the biggest advantages to the companies to cut down the expenses. 

2. Since its work from home employees will be available 24/7. When ever required he will be available. 

3. Employees lay off and other expenses will be reduced. 

4. Company do not require to give any other facilities to employees. 

Many more advantages are available if we gone on discussing. 

Lets talk about disadvantages.

1. Maybe employee will be difficult to reach office it at all required on urgent basis. 

2. DATA leakage maybe the problem. 

3. Hiring employee maybe the problem. 

4. Laziness of the employee may be the big headache to company,

There are lots of things if we discuss. 

What about the advantage for employee.

He will be free anywhere he can go and come back. 

He will not be having any time problem.

many more things. 

Only biggest disadvantage he faces is " Family". Disturbance from the family members. We have seen many videos where employee working from home facing lot of problem while he was oncall.
